Building
a home is the single most significant and personal purchase
that you will make in a lifetime. It's successful completion
requires a collection of critical decisions. If the decisions
are made wisely, the final result is a dream home that rerflects
the clients unique tastes and desires for personal expression.
Our
most successful projects are those which reflect the spirit
of our clients, says Doug. Our primary objective
is accurately receiving and implementing the clients input
from the beginning. We Strive to avoid the cookie cutter
approach and match design with the clients individuality
and architectural style.
Thoughtful
planning and communications are essential to the design
and construction of a fine home. The goal is to exceed the
client's expectations through attention to detail, creative
thinking, and a high level of personal commitment.
The
Hall family employs a team of professional subcontractors
that have been with the firm long enough to be considered
"family". Our standards are high,
says Lowell, and we know our team can meet them.
Homes
built by Hall & Hall Builders range in size from approximately
3,000 square feet to 10,000 square feet. Clients are led
through a program containing 100 categories that affect
the overall cost of the project. Clients are led through
